Plaque to the Lost Patrol, c1920
Photograph of the monument with plaque to the Lost Patrol in front of the Royal North West Mounted Police Barracks. This barracks was located on Front Street north of Church Street and just north of the Commissioner’s Residence set further back on the lot in the Government Reserve. This building was constructed in 1905 and disappeared by 1920. For more information about this building see “Fort Herchmer, Dawson: Past & Present.”
